My name is Lucija, I am 27 years old, and I have completed a bachelor’s degree in Early and Preschool Education 🎓. I am currently pursuing my master’s degree and further developing my knowledge through Waldorf pedagogy and various additional trainings 📚.

I have experience working in kindergarten, both in older preschool groups and nurseries, and I have worked with children with different needs, including children with developmental difficulties as well as gifted children 🌱. In my work, I am calm and attentive, and I always prioritize children’s safety and well-being ❤️. It is also very important to me to adapt to each child’s rhythm and individual needs.

I especially enjoy spending time outdoors 🌿, engaging in play and exploring nature, and I also like to include creative activities, music 🎶, and reading 📖 in everyday work. I can also help older children with their homework ✏️.

I offer parents open communication, reliability, and a safe, warm environment where the child feels seen, secure, and relaxed 🤍.
