We are extremely happy with Lorena’s care for our cats. She went above and beyond -- even doing things we didn’t ask for, which we appreciate so much. She didn’t just feed the cats; she played with them, found an individual approach to each of them, and gave them affection while still respecting their boundaries. She kept the litter boxes clean, washed the bowls, fed them exactly as instructed, and changed their water regularly.
We felt completely at ease knowing our girls were in such kind and attentive hands.
