My name is Martina, and I have years of experience with dogs – I cared for my English Bulldog for over 10 years, and he was truly a part of the family. 1) Dog's name and nicknames - what they call them at home and what they respond best to.
2) Breed and age - energy levels and any health needs
3) Diet - how often they eat, what foods they can or can't eat, whether they have allergies or special diets.
4) Walking routine - how many times a day they walk, how long, whether they like longer walks or shorter ones.
5) Health status - whether they take medication, whether they have chronic illnesses, whether they can exercise.
6) Behavior - whether they are friendly towards people, children, other dogs or animals; whether they have fears (e.g. thunder, fireworks, heights).
7) Habits at home - where they like to sleep, whether they can go on the couch/bed, whether they have their own place to rest.
8) Does they have a tendency to run away - whether they are good on a leash, whether they can be let off the leash.
9) Listening to commands – what commands he knows and how well he executes them (e.g. “sit”, “come”, “no”). 10) Veterinarian contact – in case of emergency
