I have lived with my grandparents my entire life, which has given me extensive hands-on experience in caring for elderly people. 🧑‍🧑‍🧒
I believe that elderly people need not only assistance, but also attention, conversation, and the feeling that they are not alone – and I always strive to provide that.✨

I am used to helping with all aspects of daily life – including grocery shopping, carrying supplies, household chores, driving, and accompanying them to medical appointments.
I also provide physical assistance such as helping with standing, moving, and offering support in activities that require additional safety and strength.
I consider myself responsible, patient, and caring, and I always approach elderly individuals with respect and warmth.
I am a very open, communicative, and outgoing person, so I genuinely enjoy spending time with others, keeping them company, and engaging in conversation – which I believe is just as important as physical care. 🫶🏼

I train regularly to stay physically strong and capable, so I can always be a reliable “strong hand” when needed 💗🙏
