I have gained experience teaching students at various educational levels, which has allowed me to develop a flexible and adaptable approach. My teaching style is based on an individualized approach - I strive to recognize the unique needs, interests, and abilities of each student and adjust my methods and pace of teaching accordingly.
In my lessons, I use a variety of techniques and methods, from discussions and cooperative learning to visual and hands-on activities, depending on the content and the students’ level of understanding. I encourage active participation and aim to create a supportive environment where students feel safe to ask questions, express their opinions, and explore their own ideas.
I place particular emphasis on student motivation and I try to connect the lesson material with their interests and everyday life, highlighting the relevance of what they are learning. I involve students in setting their own goals and assessing their progress.
